Welcome to The Mosaic Cooperative
Because the traditional path wasn't built for us.
The Mosaic Cooperative exists to eradicate the narrative of otherness. We are cultivating a multi-generational ecosystem—where learning happens without cultural erasure, and diversity is our foundation, not a goal to be achieved.
At this table, there is a seat for every story and a space for every soul. We believe that when we gather in the warmth of our own understanding, our students are empowered to attain full personhood, full stop. By embracing the arts as wellness and honoring the fearful and wonderful way we have been made, we provide the tools to achieve power, love, and a sound mind. Here, we do more than educate; we nourish the roots of legacy, ensuring that every family walks in the clarity of their own seen and safe sovereignty.
Widen the Circle. Create with Intention. Build Something New.
Who is Mosaic for?
The Mosaic Cooperative is a learning system designed for families who refuse to settle for a filtered education. Whether you are seeking a full academic roadmap or specialized electives, we provide the tools to attain full personhood.
Our Weekly Schedule
The Mosaic Cooperative is a 3-day-a-week drop-in learning system designed for families who refuse to settle for a filtered education. Whether you are seeking a full academic roadmap or specialized electives, we provide the tools to attain full personhood.
Tuesdays: STEM, Critial Thinking & Problem Solving
Students investigate the universe as a precisely constructed system through three distinct lenses. They move beyond textbooks in Foundational Sciences to witness the living world in action. In Mathematics, they apply the language of logic to build a sound mind. Students also engage with modern tech to foster autonomy and problem-solving as architects of the future.
Wednesdays: Electives, Arts & Wellness
Students gather "at the table" to nourish the spirit and develop the essential skills of a self-sovereign life. They utilize The Arts as Wellness and Thrive 360 sessions as sanctuary spaces to ground themselves and embrace creativity as a pillar of mental health. To prepare for the world beyond the classroom, they engage in coursework ensuring they are rooted, capable, and ready for their individual journeys.
Students dive into culturally honest narratives to deconstruct the past and build a more just future. They center diverse experiences through Culturally Foundational Studies and explore the texts that shape humanity in The Power of the Word. Through Rhetoric & Advocacy students sharpen their ability to advocate for themselves and their communities, mastering the art of thoughtful discourse and self-expression.
Thursday: Humanities, Justice & Legacy
Monday & Friday: Preparation & Extension
Students engage with their Learning Management System (LMS) to complete self-directed modules. These days are dedicated to foundational reading and research to prepare for in-class seminar discussions and to finalize instructor-led follow-up assignments.
