A Note on Specialized Programs & Clubs
Please be aware that specialized programs—such as Sports, Theater, and STEM—may have their own individual fees to cover costs like travel, equipment, and competitions.
These fees, along with their specific participation policies, will be fully disclosed at the start of the academic year. To ensure everyone in our "village" is on the same page, parents will be required to review, understand, and sign off on these policies before their student begins participation in these activities.

The last Friday of the month
To keep our billing simplified, all tuition is billed as a flat monthly rate from August through May. Payments are due on the last Friday of each month via our secure parent portal.

Mostly, yes! Keep reading.
Most core instructional materials are provided. However, some specific consumable workbooks or specialty supplies may require a separate, one-time annual Supply Fee. This allows us to keep the monthly tuition rate as low as possible.
-
30 Days Notice
Because our Co-op is billed a la carte, you have the flexibility to adjust your student’s schedule. We ask for a 30-day notice for any course changes to ensure our instructors can manage their classroom rosters effectively.

SImple Direct Billing
We make it easy. Your family will receive one consolidated monthly invoice. Your flat-rate Academy tuition and your a la carte Co-op selections will be clearly itemized so you can track your investment easily.

The More Pieces, the More Beautiful the Picture.
We believe that a family grows best when it grows together. To honor the commitment of our multi-child families, we offer a Tiered Sibling Discount. For the 2nd child and beyond enrolled from the same household, a 10% discount is applied to their monthly tuition. This ensures that every child in your home has a seat at our table, making high-quality, culturally congruent education a sustainable reality for your entire family.
-
Sustaining the Village Together.
Building a sustainable village requires a consistent commitment from every member. When a student enrolls, we reserve a seat and allocate resources specifically for their growth. We understand that seasons change; if your journey with us must come to an end mid-year, we require a 30-day written notice.
This notice period allows us to properly transition our staff and resources while we work to fill that vital space in our mosaic. Families are responsible for tuition through the end of the notice period. This policy ensures that the collective remains strong and stable for all the families we serve.
