    Investment Summary

    • Annual Registration Fee All Programs: $60.00 (per student/year)

A Note on Specialized Programs & Clubs

Please be aware that specialized programs—such as Sports, Theater, and STEM—may have their own individual fees to cover costs like travel, equipment, and competitions.

These fees, along with their specific participation policies, will be fully disclosed at the start of the academic year. Parents will be required to review, understand, and sign off on these policies before their student begins participation in these activities.

  • The last Friday of the month

To keep our billing simplified, all tuition is billed as a flat monthly rate from August through May. Payments are due on the last Friday of each month via our secure parent portal.

  • Instead of a traditional scholarship model, we utilize a Sliding Scale to offer discounted tuition to families who demonstrate need. Our sliding scale adjusts the cost of tuition based on a family's household income. Please inquire at the time of enrollment.

  • To honor the commitment of our multi-child families, we offer a Tiered Sibling Discount. For the 3rd child and beyond enrolled from the same household, a 10% discount is applied to their monthly tuition. This ensures that every child in your home has a seat at our table, making high-quality, culturally congruent education a sustainable reality for your entire family.

  • Most core instructional materials are provided. However, some specific consumable workbooks or specialty supplies may require an additional cost that will be disclosed by the instructor.

  • 30 Days Notice

Because our Co-op is billed per class, you have the flexibility to adjust your student’s schedule. We ask for a 30-day notice for any course changes to ensure our instructors can manage their classroom rosters effectively.

Families are responsible for tuition through the end of the notice period. This policy ensures that the collective remains strong and stable for all the families we serve.

  • Standard enrollment remains open through the second week of classes. After this window, enrollment in select project-based or non-sequential courses may be available at the instructor’s discretion. If you are interested in joining Mosaic mid-semester, please reach out to us at office@mymosaicco.org to discuss availability.

  • Simple Direct Billing

We make it easy. Your family will receive one consolidated monthly invoice, so you can track your investment easily.
