Thrive 360
Student wellness is foundational to whole-person development. Wellness is not merely a prize to be attained at the end of an educational journey; rather, it is the essential foundation upon which students build their academic success and personal growth. Healthy students learn better, and joyful learning builds the self-confidence needed to navigate life's adversities.
“A flourishing student is seen, supported, and strengthened in spirit, mind, and body.”
Our ultimate aim isn't just academic success, but cultivating a culture of whole-life flourishing.
— Dr. Nicole Pertillar, Director of Student Wellness
The Thrive 360 Curriculum
To bring our philosophy to life, we developed Thrive 360—a comprehensive, age-appropriate curriculum designed to help students flourish from the inside out. The curriculum is built upon four core pillars:
Thrive Within
Focuses on self-awareness, identity, emotional regulation, and spiritual/moral grounding. Students practice self-reflection, boundary-setting, coping skills, and understanding the deep connection between their spirit, mind, and body.
Thrive Together
Focuses on healthy relationships, belonging, and community building. Students develop essential skills in peer interaction, conflict resolution, cultural awareness, and service learning.
Thrive in Motion
Focuses on physical wellness and the mind-body connection. Students learn to manage stress and anxiety through movement, nutrition awareness, energy regulation, and personal self-care plans
Thrive with Creativity
Focuses on imagination, problem-solving, and the entrepreneurial spirit. Students engage in project-based learning, innovation challenges, and creative expression through art, writing, play, and passion discovery.
