Enrollment Roadmap

Registration Opens: April 6, 2026


On April 6, we officially begin accepting applications for the 2026-2027 academic year.

  1. Application & Fee: Submit your formal application via our online portal.

    • Investment: $30.00 Application Fee (Non-refundable, per family, for Core Academics and Cooperative Learning).

  2. Enrollment Advising: Once your application is received, we schedule a 1-on-1 session to ensure our program aligns with your family’s goals and select your courses.

The Commitment: June 15, 2026

To transition from an applicant to an enrolled student, your seat deposit must be submitted. This allows us to finalize our educator contracts and resource orders with confidence. Your official enrollment letter will arrive within 24 hours of your seat deposit.

  • Core Academics (Full): $350.00

  • Core Academics (Focused): $225.00

  • Policy: All seat deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deadline: For families enrolling during the standard spring/summer window, the deposit is due no later than June 15, 2026.

Late Enrollment Caveat: * Families enrolling after June 15, 2026 have 30 days to submit their seat deposit.

For any families enrolling after August 1, 2026, all deposits must be paid in full prior to the Open House on August 25, 2026.

Schedules & Credentials: August 20, 2026

Your formal welcome packet arrives.

  1. Student Schedules & Credentials: This includes your student’s finalized schedule and digital login credentials for all Mosaic learning platforms.

First Tuition Payment: August 28, 2026

Your first monthly installment is due, initiating your 9-month tuition cycle (August–April).

Cooperative learning families will also submit their supply fees at this time.

Orientation & Open House: August 25, 2026

Join us on campus to meet your mentors and fellow families.

Note: All seat deposits must be cleared by this date for your student to participate.
